Remuneration
- On Apprenticeship: 25,000 – 30,000 BDT
- Post-Apprenticeship: 40,000 BDT + Festival Bonus, Performance Incentive, Yearly Increment & Provident Fund

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Preferably LLB or LLM)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.
- Have a good understanding of, or strong interest in, legal concepts, principles, and
terminologies. - Have excellent research skills to gather relevant legal information from various online
sources. - Able to analyze complex legal issues, identify relevant precedents, and apply legal
principles to real-life scenarios. - Ability to think logically, spot legal implications, and propose well-reasoned arguments.
- Have strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google
- Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet), and Adobe PDF Software.
- Tech-savvy and open to adopting new technological initiatives for case and task
management. - Ability to work under minimal remote supervision.
- Own a laptop and smartphone with a reliable and fast internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing immigration applications and petitions.
- Conduct research on humanitarian and immigration laws, process and practice in the US.
- Organize case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance.
- Communicate with clients and support our case management system.
- Draft and review legal documents, motions, and correspondence.
- Support attorneys, case managers, and paralegals in preparing letters, affidavits, and
other legal documents. - Monitor changes in immigration laws and policies that may affect clients and cases.
- Participate in client meetings and take notes to assist in case management.
