💼 What You’ll Do

• 🖊️ Draft persuasive Letters of Recommendation/Letters of Appreciation, and Economic Impact Analyses/Benefits to the USA that are crucial supporting documents for the NIW & EB1 Petitions
• 📝 Draft professional and detailed Proposed Endeavor Statements/Personal Statements that align with USCIS adjudication standards.
• 🔍 Analyze complex client profiles, including credentials, professional achievements, and industry impact, to develop compelling, fact-driven narratives.
• 📊 Incorporate data, economic insights, and regulatory references to strengthen case arguments.
• 🤝 Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and persuasive legal presentation.
• 📑 Maintain strict attention to formatting, language, and documentary evidence requirements outlined by USCIS.

🎓 Qualifications

• 📚 Education: Master’s in Law, English, or other academic fields are encouraged to apply.
• 💡 Skills:
  o Exceptional legal and analytical writing ability.
  o Strong research skills to integrate data and policy references into petitions.
  o Fluent written and spoken English, with a command of professional tone and structure.
• 📂 Experience: Prior experience in immigration writing, academic writing, or legal drafting preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
